At The Psychology Paige, we specialise in helping individuals understand and improve the connection between their thoughts, behaviours, and health. Founded by a BPS chartered Health Psychologist, our private practice is dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate support through 1:1 therapy and personalised behaviour change interventions. We offer sessions online.

Rooted in Health Psychology, our practice uses evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We focus on empowering you with the tools and insights to make real, lasting changes – not quick fixes.
